Emotional support to help you establish emotional safety and learn strategies to cope with your emotions.

Counselling to help you start to process the trauma resulting from the abuse.

Groupwork to help you reconnect with peers and integrate into the community.

Support is tailored to each person's needs and goals, and delivered in person (Alloa & Glasgow), online and by telephone.

Subject to demand and capacity, a waiting list may be in operation.

We welcome enquiries by telephone and email, all communications are confidential.
