We offer nature-based support on a 24-acre off-grid farm at Lamberton, near Berwick-upon-Tweed. Our core work is equine-assisted: small-group or one-to-one sessions outdoors with our rescued horses, led by trained staff, for people experiencing low mood, anxiety, isolation or lack of confidence. Alongside this we offer community gardening, riding, meditation, sound baths and creative workshops such as terrarium-making, so support can be shaped around the person. Everything is choice-led; nobody is made to handle or ride a horse, and staff are trauma-informed and safeguarding trained. We work with young people, families, refugees, care experienced people and adults in rural areas who may not engage with clinic-based services. Open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday to Saturday; Wednesday by appointment. No formal referral needed; self-referrals and referrals from link workers, GPs, schools and support services all welcome. Some places are free through funded programmes; others are charged.
