Piece of Mind is a Glasgow based mental health organisation offering workplace mental health training, therapy and hypnotherapy training.
Our First Aid for Mental Health courses help people recognise when someone is struggling, start a supportive conversation and guide them towards the right help. The courses are credit rated and recognised by Qualifications Scotland, with levels that are equivalent to the RQF in England.
We train teams across Scotland and the UK, either in person at your workplace or live online, including courses for construction and for managers. Our therapists work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, phobias and trauma, in person in Glasgow and online. We also train people to become hypnotherapists through accredited courses in Glasgow and live online.
