Listen Well Scotland's vision is to grow listening communities in Scotland and beyond for health and wellbeing. To realise this vision we provide a full and robust Training programme in the transferable life skill active empowering listening for adults and young people to develop listening people. Adult courses from Introductory to Advanced, offering a blended approach, are CPD Accredited.
It is important that individuals or groups choose the appropriate training for their purposes. Our courses are suitable for those within education, NHS, corporate sector & those in a voluntary role providing care and support for others. It can also benefit parents especially those managing teenagers.
Our Listening Training Programme, and our 1:1 free, confidential Listening Service - Listening Time4U - are designed as prevention and early intervention services for mental health and wellbeing.
