Peer Aid is a free digital support service from Betknowmore, delivered by trained Peer Supporters with lived experience of gambling harm. Available to anyone aged 18 and over, it supports people affected by their own gambling or the gambling of someone close to them.
Peer Aid provides tailored one-to-one and group support, offering a safe, non-judgmental space to share experiences, build confidence, and access practical guidance. Through shared lived experience, Peer Supporters understand the challenges of gambling-related harm, including its impact on mental and physical health, relationships, and finances.
By connecting people with others who understand their journey, Peer Aid reduces isolation, promotes wellbeing, and empowers individuals, families, and friends to take positive steps towards lasting recovery.
