Yoker Housing Association operates an open waiting list which means that anybody aged 16 or over can apply for housing at any time. The Association has a limited turnover with approximately forty properties becoming available for let each year.
If you wish to apply for housing with The Association you must complete a Housing
A Housing Application Form can be complete in the following ways:
- Via telephone with a member of staff
- In person with a member of staff
- Requesting an application form and returning the completed form by post
- Online using the online application form.

Existing tenants who are looking to apply for a transfer will need to complete a Housing Options Form. Housing Options appointments can be arranged by visiting the Association’s office or by contacting Housing Services.
