Our monthly in-person space in Glasgow for women affected by their own or someone else’s gambling. Aila’s Moving Living Room (ALR) is a place to connect with other women, to gain confidence, support and community. Our groups reflect the needs of the women in the space; whether that is support specific to gambling harms, a place to speak without judgement or just to be around other women who understand. You can find out what our groups are doing as well as information about upcoming ALR events and workshops on our social media (@ailascotland).
There is also a monthly online check-in with group members. ALR online is a shorter session to connect virtually for support with other women affected by gambling harms.
