Capability Scotland's Community Living Services South and West supports individuals to live as independently as possible in their own home.
We focus on providing housing support and care at home. Our goal is to assist you in your independence, 24 hours a day.
We can even help arrange holidays and short breaks for customers who are already supported by us.
Currently, we provide support to people living in the Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and Glasgow areas but the service is open to people outwith these areas, just get in touch for a chat.
