Mentally Healthy Workplace Training is practical, manager-focused training for line managers, supervisors, team leaders and others with responsibility for employees or working conditions. It helps participants understand mental health at work, recognise when someone may be struggling, begin supportive conversations and respond appropriately without becoming a counsellor or clinician. The course explores workplace culture, workload, communication, role clarity, relationships and change, alongside work-related stress and the HSE Management Standards. It also covers recovery, Wellness Action Plans, reasonable adjustments and return to work. Training is delivered in person and uses discussion, reflection, practical activities and case studies. Examples can be adapted to the organisation or sector.
