Our helpline is here for you as a friendly and confidential first step if you’d like to talk about what’s going on and get some clear information and advice.
When you call, one of our supportive advice workers will listen, understand your situation, and share helpful guidance. They will be able to provide advice such as safe bank accounts, coerced debt, access to benefits, child maintenance, accessing grants, and identifying if what you are experiencing is economic abuse.
Our helpline opening hours are:
- Mondays 4.30 pm – 7.30 pm
- Wednesdays 10 am – 1 pm
- Thursdays 1.30 pm – 4.30 pm
