Our service is for people aged 16 and over who may experience financial, cultural, language-related or other social barriers to accessing mental health support.
Sessions are by appointment, online across Scotland or in person in Aberdeen. Appointment times are agreed with your counsellor and depend on availability. Counselling is available in English, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and Mandarin.
Contact us directly to get started. We begin with an initial online meeting to discuss your needs and whether our service is right for you. We then match you with a qualified counsellor or counsellor in training, taking account of your needs, preferences and language. All counsellors receive professional supervision.
We initially plan 12 sessions and review your needs towards the end. Further sessions are offered where appropriate.
Counselling is free. Donations are welcome but entirely optional and do not affect access to support.
