A designated counselling service is available for adults, youths and children. Sometimes life can be good and sometimes it can be difficult and challenging to manage. A listening ear can be all that's needed to help create positive changes in your life.
I am an experienced counsellor who aims to help and support you through any difficult and challenging times. I offer a safe, confidential space and will listen attentively, try to understand without judging you and be genuine in my responses to help you gain self-awareness and be able to take back control of your life.
