Voluntary Action Lochaber is a third-sector support organisation. This means we support not-for-profit community organisations in Lochaber - charities, companies limited by guarantee, voluntary organisations, community groups and social enterprises. We are a delivery of agent of Highland Third Sector Interface and are based in Fort William. VAL is a charitable company limited by guarantee overseen by a Board of Directors drawn from various member organisations. Our mission is to help the people of Lochaber improve their quality of life through voluntary action.
